Lola and her family recently partnered with Vox Media, Haleon, Sensodyne and others to further efforts to promote greater sensory inclusion in oral care and beyond. The documentary, titled Sensory Overload, chronicles neurodivergent people and their allies through the lens of three distinct communities chosen from hundreds of stories considered from all over the country, including Lola's family. The film explores the needs of people living with sensory sensitivities in hopes to raise awareness of a need for far more sensory inclusive environments. The documentary is part of Haleon and Sensodyne's Sensory Inclusion Initiative, a concerted effort to raise awareness of the need for increased sensory sensitivity awareness in oral care.
