Now, Lola is preparing for her next chapter:
Her work centers on caregiver mental health, disability inclusion, and redefining what it means to thrive unapologetically.

She lives in North Texas with her husband of nearly 20 years, their two children, and an entitled Portuguese Water Dog. When she’s not speaking, writing, or advocating, Lola enjoys the simple luxury of sleeping like a baby.
